Alicia is a Milwaukee native who discovered her love for soccer as a kid and carried it all the way through club career and four years as a high school player. She moved to Los Angeles in 2013 to pursue her graduate studies at USC, and soccer came with her.

She began her coaching journey with this team as a volunteer, helping train a young player who wanted to become a goalkeeper. That grew into a role as assistant coach, and she's stayed with the team continuously over the past three years.

Alicia brings a combination of athletic and academic depth to her coaching. Outside of coaching she is a Clinical Research Scientist with a strong STEM and analytical background — training that shows up in how she coaches: precise, intentional, and always looking at the full picture of a player's development.

Her coaching philosophy centers on continuous growth — she wants every player to walk off the field having learned something new, while always feeling grounded in a strong technical foundation.

Alicia is thrilled to be part of the LA Bulls community and looks forward to helping each player reach her full potential, on and off the field.
