Henry Flores joins the Los Angeles Bulls SC as a Mental Performance Coach, Head Coach, and Camp Coach. Henry brings his unique blend of Applied Sport & Performance Psychology to the LA Bulls SC to help develop the competitive mental game for the club. Over many years of perfecting his style of soccer specific mental performance coaching, Henry has found a way to blend physical and mental training as a whole to benefit the athlete. Henry also has over 14 years of coaching experience in Soccer, Judo, Baseball, American Football, Basketball, Karate, Hockey, and overall Physical Education. Henry has coached athletes as young as 2 years old to as experienced as 85 years old. Having a wealth of coaching diversity has helped Henry develop a unique style of physical and mental training that will benefit the club as a whole.
Henry is currently pursuing his title of Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) from the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), which is the premier association that ensures every performer has the resources to strengthen their inner edge through the advancement and application of excellence in mental performance and mental health. Upon completion he will be one of the few in Los Angeles County to hold this title, setting him apart from others in the field. Henry also plans on earning his Psy.D in Clinical Psychology later in life.

Henry is a proud LA Native and a proud PNW Child. “West Coast is the Best Coast.”
He was born in Los Angeles, CA and raised in Walla Walla, WA. Later he lived in Seattle, WA before returning with his family back to Hollywood, CA when he was just 13 years old. He has love for both Los Angeles and Seattle Sports teams such as the LA Galaxy, LA Dodgers, LA Clippers, LA Lakers, LA Kings, Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, and Seattle Sounders FC. Henry is also a Competitive Judoka on his spare time.
