Role:

Programs Soccer Coach (Part-Time)
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Programs Coach to join our growing team. This role involves both session planning and on-field coaching for players ranging from 4 years old to middle school age.

Primary location:
Paul Revere Middle School

Responsibilities:
Plan and run engaging training sessions for:
• MLS GO (ages 4–10)
• After-school soccer program (middle school students)

Lead PEP sessions on:
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:00–3:30 PM

Coach MLS Go on:
• Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:30–6:00 PM
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:45–5:15 PM
• Coach at MLS GO game days every Saturday, 8:00–10:00 AM

Attend weekly staff meetings and provide program updates

Qualifications:
• Prior playing and/or coaching experience
• Experience working with 4–10 year olds & middle school age group
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for soccer and youth development
• Must have your own transportation
• Ready to start in September

This is a part-time position ideal for someone enthusiastic about soccer, youth mentorship, and making a meaningful impact through sport.
