04 black player Cesar Aubour signs with French Academy Racing Football Club Toulon

Cesar joined our LA Bulls 05 black team in 2016. Through his dedication, hard work and exceptional talent he was moved up to the B04 black premier team. After one season, a few tournaments and becoming Surf Cup finalists Cesar decided to take his career to the next level and was offered a spot at 'Racing Football Club Toulon' in Toulon, France.
